Editors’ Ink are a dedicated duo of wordsmiths, grammar geeks and pens for hire with nearly twenty years’ collective experience in polishing words until they shine.
We’ve dipped our toes into all areas of the media – including both print and online publishing, marketing, copywriting, branding and social media – and covered everything from food, beauty and travel, to fashion, parenting and design… basically anything and everything with words!
Kate Farr is a British-born, Hong Kong-adopted writer, editor and blogger who has written for some of HK’s best-known print and online media titles, including Hong Kong Tatler Dining, Home Journal, Expat Living, Liv, HK Magazine, Expat Parent and many more. Formerly the Editor of Sassy Mama Hong Kong, Kate co-founded writing and editing agency Editors’ Ink alongside Rachel Read, and blogs about parenting, food, travel and other fun stuff in her guise as the Accidental Tai-Tai.

Rachel Read is a freelance writer, editor and blogger with over a decade’s worth of editorial experience under her belt. Following stints as the Editor of lifestyle platform Sassy Hong Kong and Music/Style Editor of teen website Maximum Pop, she has contributed to Hong Kong Tatler, South China Morning Post, Lane Crawford, Prestige, HK Magazine, BBC Nottingham and Lifestyle Asia among many other publications. She also runs her own beauty and lifestyle blog, Through The Looking Glass.
